European Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The reflection period of 14 days starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you in advance, who is not the carrier, has received the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, we request that you inform Fashion Jewelry webshop of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. via e-mail to info@fashionsieraden.nl). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation on a durable data carrier (e.g. by e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. As soon as we have been informed of this decision, you have 14 days to return undamaged and if reasonably possible unworn watches and jewelry product. You can use the enclosed withdrawal form for this.
Look out!
When returning, please remember to include the following if possible:
- The original warranty card (if this is included)
- The fully completed return form
- The original packaging of the watch or jewelry (if reasonably possible)
The costs for returning are for the consumer.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If you have received goods in connection with the agreement:
a) You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
b) Everything you have paid to Fashion Jewelry, including the paid delivery costs, will be returned to you as soon as possible, but at the latest within fourteen days after dissolution. Only if you have chosen a more expensive shipping method, you will only receive the costs of the standard shipping method. Fashion Jewelry does not have to refund the delivery costs if the consumer returns part of the order.
c) You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
